I was having a massive black and brown widow problem all throughout my property. I called arvo and they said they'd be able to help me out. They arrived on time and gave several pointers to help prevent future issues. They also caught several wasp nests that I had missed and ant colonies. They were very friendly and professional. In the middle of their application I stepped outside and they had my patio furniture upside down and they were spraying the bottom of it. I've never seen a company so thorough before. I'll be using them in the future. As an FYI it's been 3 days since they were here and I've seen almost a dozen shriveled up and dead black widows.

We’ve had a huge issue ants in our house and hornets/wasps in our backyard for years! The Arvo team was extremely friendly, fast, and efficient! They explained the whole process and put in the extra effort to make sure we understood that all the chemicals are human and pet friendly, which was super important to me with my kids. Haven’t seen a wasp or an ant since they came! If you’re going to hire pest control, the Arvo team are your guys!

Running a wellness space means the bar for cleanliness and professionalism is incredibly high — and they cleared it easily. We found mouse poop in the bottom drawers on our kitchen (shown here behind the dog) and called 2LM pest control. Preston helped take care of us with a coagulating bait and we haven't seen any mice since he came over! This is great news because we have 1 year old and we didn't want him getting sick because of the mice. He also sprayed our foundation ahead of a big landscaping project to keep the bugs out of our house as we dig up the yard. Very professional with tips of what to look for to see if the nose problem was taken care of. Overall a much better experience than the pushy salesman that usually come by to try and over charge us. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve found my pest guys! Preston and Taylor were down to earth and did a fantastic job. They took the time to listen to my situation and walk the property with me as I pointed out the wasp nests I’ve been battling. They gave me solid recommendations and took care of everything, (spraying, knocking down nests, and putting up a barrier.) They also cleaned up the cobwebs around my property while they were at it. When they were done, they reported back that they’d found four additional active wasp nests I hadn’t noticed, plus some dormant ones. Also nice that the spray they used was kid and pet friendly, since we have both. Highly recommend these guys.

These brothers are amazing, I have met both now and they’re both so kind and genuinely amazing humans! I have a pretty old home and it’s my 2nd year I have a huge issue with earwigs, firebugs, ants, mice even! I never did anything cause I didn’t know but letting them know my concerns not only did they teach me they were so empathetic I have recommended them to everyone I know! Working with Taylor and Preston at Arvo Pest Control was an impressive and fun experience. I especially appreciated the plentiful personal and digital communication! My goal was to get rid of spiders on several large shrubs in my yard before my yard guys did a very hands on trimming process. Taylor exceeded my goal by spraying widely in my yard and house perimeter, then sprayed the interior perimeters. My yard guys are safe outside , and I shouldn’t get stray visitor inside. We got the white glove treatment! The team found 12 active wasps nests, put down gallons of product to ensure outstanding coverage and longevity, and used a safer product for our family (much better than the harsh one I was using). Inside, the team covered the garage and most of the rooms too (ones without a sleeping kid in them - I decided we'll get those next quarter). The differentiator of Arvo for me was the super friendly team and that they use kid-friendly and pet-safe products, no contracts, and they are locally owned and operated. It’s literally the same day as our first service and I already have zero hesitation recommending Argo Pest Control to anyone in the Salt Lake City area… and Utah County too, from what I understand. I’ll be back to update this review once we see how the treatment holds… fingers crossed the wasp saga is officially over. They’re family-owned, and honestly? You can feel it. Nothing about this experience felt like a franchise going through the motions. Backstory: we’ve had a wasp situation brewing all summer in our enclosed gutters and threaded through the siding and shutters. It just kept building and building until my daughter got stung. Cool cool cool, love that for us. So I did what any reasonable person does when they hit their limit… I posted in a local Facebook group asking what I should know and who I should call. Preston responded almost immediately with a genuinely thorough answer, then DMed me directly and offered to send Arvo out the very next day to take a look and treat. He had it locked in before half the group even saw the post, and that group moves fast and doesn’t mess around with business posts. That told me everything. Then I started noticing Arvo popping up organically in other recommendation threads too. Cosmic confirmation, basically. True to his word, Taylor showed up on time the next day, smiling, in absolutely brutal heat. I have a severe allergy to wasps, so I came in with a list of concerns a mile long, and he listened to every single one of them like it actually mattered to him. No rushing, no glazed over eyes. He asked thoughtful questions, walked me through his whole plan before touching a thing, and genuinely educated me on what he was seeing and why. Then he got to work, treating the full perimeter of the house for wasps, earwigs, and basically everything else that had probably been quietly setting up camp out there. Thank goodness bed bugs weren’t part of the lineup ;) but if I ever suspect those, Arvo is who I’m calling, no question. When he finished, he broke down exactly what he’d done, the products he used (organic, kid-friendly, pet-safe… a genuine relief with a dog and a kid running around), and what to watch for moving forward. Taylor was personable, easy to talk to, clearly knew his stuff inside and out. Not one sketchy vibe, not one moment of second-guessing. Just good energy and real expertise. What really stuck with me is the sense I got from Taylor that pest control, to him, isn’t just about killing bugs. It’s about protecting the home and the people in it. Preserving the backyard barbecues, the summer nights, the easy moments a single yellow jacket can wreck in about two seconds flat. That kind of “why” behind the work is rare, and it showed in how careful and thorough he was with our house. I signed up for their ongoing plan on the spot, no hesitation. And if anything gets out of hand between visits, I know I can just call. That peace of mind alone is worth it.
