Commercial Pest Control

We had a great experience with Taylor. He was very knowledgable, professional, and patient with my many questions. I normally try to do my own pest control and it's worked reasonably well. We recently have found a lot of black widows. I appreciated that Arvo has a one-time service option which is what I selected. I honestly don't know how effective it was yet but it was educational and seemed thorough.

I needed someone to come asap because of black widow issues, they were very proactive, came on time and did the work thoroughly haven’t had any issues anymore and it has been over a month.

If you are looking to support a local small business who you can trust, these are the guys!!!! Every interaction is kind and informative. You can tell they really care.

Taylor was fantastic and very thorough! Truly enjoyed the information he shared about pest control.

Love this place and will continue service with them. Taylor was such an awesome guy. He didn’t just spray and leave like they usually do. He explained what he was using, why, and how they work. Very informative. Also, told me some pretty cool insect facts! Explained what to do to help keep bugs at bay. Not to mention he came back the same day to spray inside. after I told him never mind I changed my mind I do want the inside of the house sprayed. Stoked I found them.

I had a great experience with Arvo Pest Control! They did an excellent job and were incredibly professional, friendly, and respectful throughout the entire process. They took the time to make sure everything was taken care of properly, and I really appreciated how kind and helpful they were. I highly recommend Arvo Pest Control to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and friendly service!

I had such a great experience with Arvo Pest Control! I called needing pest control and they were able to come out the very same day, which I really appreciated. Taylor was the technician who came to our home, and he was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. I felt completely safe and comfortable having him in my home. I also needed to leave the house within an hour, and Taylor was so efficient and got everything taken care of in less than an hour without making the service feel rushed at all. He was thorough, professional, and made the whole process so easy. I also love that Arvo is a small, family-owned business. I always love supporting small family businesses, especially when they provide this level of personal service and care. I was really impressed from start to finish and will absolutely be using them again. I highly recommend Arvo Pest Control to anyone needing a great pest control company to service their home.

Amazing people - customer service is unmatched

These guys do a killer job(pun intended). If you want great service at a great price these are your guys! They won’t lock you into a 3-5 year contract like the “other” guys. Refreshing to see a pest control company not trying to lock you into a long term contract.

Working with Taylor and Preston at Arvo Pest Control was an impressive and fun experience. I especially appreciated the plentiful personal and digital communication! My goal was to get rid of spiders on several large shrubs in my yard before my yard guys did a very hands on trimming process. Taylor exceeded my goal by spraying widely in my yard and house perimeter, then sprayed the interior perimeters. My yard guys are safe outside , and I shouldn’t get stray visitor inside. I did this one time treatment but they also have the routine mitigation plan. I highly recommend Preston and Taylor at Arvo Pest Control!

I was having a massive black and brown widow problem all throughout my property. I called arvo and they said they'd be able to help me out. They arrived on time and gave several pointers to help prevent future issues. They also caught several wasp nests that I had missed and ant colonies. They were very friendly and professional. In the middle of their application I stepped outside and they had my patio furniture upside down and they were spraying the bottom of it. I've never seen a company so thorough before. I'll be using them in the future. As an FYI it's been 3 days since they were here and I've seen almost a dozen shriveled up and dead black widows.

Excellent service and responded quickly! Taylor with Arvo did an above and beyond job. Not only did he help me take back my patio from the spiders but he helped out with other pests I didn't realize were a problem as well (ants and wasps). Highly recommend using Arvo for your pest control needs!

I was so impressed with Taylor at Arvo and I will definitely be using them again. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He did a great job spraying for uninvited sugar ants and preventing other creeping things that I don't want outside or Inside my home. I also like the fact that if the problem isn't solved, he will come back and take care of it with no cost to me; which proves he backs his product and his work.

Taylor was so attentive and amazing!! So excited to have Arvo treating our home !

Taylor was extremely helpful and very friendly!

Same day commercial service, are you kidding?? Never expected that and am truly impressed. These guys came to my restaurant in Draper same day to assist with a pest problem and are super reliable. Can’t recommend enough!

Preston and Taylor are an absolute dynamic duo. It’s literally the same day as our first service and I already have zero hesitation recommending Argo Pest Control to anyone in the Salt Lake City area… and Utah County too, from what I understand. I’ll be back to update this review once we see how the treatment holds… fingers crossed the wasp saga is officially over. They’re family-owned, and honestly? You can feel it. Nothing about this experience felt like a franchise going through the motions. Backstory: we’ve had a wasp situation brewing all summer in our enclosed gutters and threaded through the siding and shutters. It just kept building and building until my daughter got stung. Cool cool cool, love that for us. So I did what any reasonable person does when they hit their limit… I posted in a local Facebook group asking what I should know and who I should call. Preston responded almost immediately with a genuinely thorough answer, then DMed me directly and offered to send Arvo out the very next day to take a look and treat. He had it locked in before half the group even saw the post, and that group moves fast and doesn’t mess around with business posts. That told me everything. Then I started noticing Arvo popping up organically in other recommendation threads too. Cosmic confirmation, basically. True to his word, Taylor showed up on time the next day, smiling, in absolutely brutal heat. I have a severe allergy to wasps, so I came in with a list of concerns a mile long, and he listened to every single one of them like it actually mattered to him. No rushing, no glazed over eyes. He asked thoughtful questions, walked me through his whole plan before touching a thing, and genuinely educated me on what he was seeing and why. Then he got to work, treating the full perimeter of the house for wasps, earwigs, and basically everything else that had probably been quietly setting up camp out there. Thank goodness bed bugs weren’t part of the lineup ;) but if I ever suspect those, Arvo is who I’m calling, no question. When he finished, he broke down exactly what he’d done, the products he used (organic, kid-friendly, pet-safe… a genuine relief with a dog and a kid running around), and what to watch for moving forward. Taylor was personable, easy to talk to, clearly knew his stuff inside and out. Not one sketchy vibe, not one moment of second-guessing. Just good energy and real expertise. What really stuck with me is the sense I got from Taylor that pest control, to him, isn’t just about killing bugs. It’s about protecting the home and the people in it. Preserving the backyard barbecues, the summer nights, the easy moments a single yellow jacket can wreck in about two seconds flat. That kind of “why” behind the work is rare, and it showed in how careful and thorough he was with our house. I signed up for their ongoing plan on the spot, no hesitation. And if anything gets out of hand between visits, I know I can just call. That peace of mind alone is worth it. If you want pest control people with actual personality who know exactly what they’re doing… call Preston and Taylor.

I had Taylor come today to work on my home and yard which is adjacent to the foothills and BLM land. He was meticulous in his efforts to eradicate the many bugs and pests that like to call my property their home. Although my property was large and challenging, he remained cheerful and positive throughout the time he spent, including climbing on my very steep roof to tackle a wasps nest over 30 feet above ground. It is a relief to finally have such a pro helping me with this problem! If you are looking for help with destroying the pesky bugs on your property, I highly recommend calling Arvo!

Preston was very speedy, courteous, and very reassuring that the spray and oils would be safe for pets and family. Thank you!
